Hi, I’m Ken Hayes, founder of IAMKENHAYES and the Mental Health Matters Collection.

I created this brand in loving memory of my son, Kenneth L Hayes III, who tragically passed away at the age of 23 due
to mental health struggles. His passing changed my life forever and inspired me to take action—so others never feel
alone in their fight.

Mental Health Matters is more than a clothing brand. It is a movement dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging
open conversations, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
Every item we create is designed with purpose.

A portion of every purchase and donation goes toward mental health
initiatives and organizations that provide education, resources, and support to individuals and families in need.
